Dr. Kim attended University of Washington and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (DDS) in 2005. He decided to further his medical knowledge by pursuing General Practice Residency at University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio where he treated all types of patients including medically compromised patients. He went into private practice for three years after finishing his General Practice Residency where he learned his passion for anesthesia. He attended Loma Linda University to receive his certificate in Dental Anesthesiology from 2009 to 2011. He became board certified by American Dental Board of Anesthesiology in 2012. During his free time, Dr. Kim enjoys sports, traveling, trying new food and spending time with his family.
